Is it safe? Who is the guy? How are old are you? I feel like you need to ask yourself these things. He was thirteen when you were born. Ok. Now is he in college or you? If you are in highschool I feel like this might not work out, but hey, I can’t really judge the situation. Ask yourself the important things.
