Posted by dines on 2015/03/30 under Uncategorized True love is gracious, steadfast. I was in a relationship with David Goodbrand for the last 6 years. I loved him and he loved me. We endured many obstacles but authentic love never forsakes in the face of hardship. My David died Feb. 21/2015. My flower was taken too soon due to addiction. But I stood by him in his darkest hours. He was my first and greatest love and I his final greatest and truest. There wasn’t any pretense in my love for David. I just wanted him to feel like I was different….real. Our love was ineffable….unique. There are many layers to our love story because it wasn’t a conventional union. When we were together, our love was pure, real. I miss him even though it wasn’t always easy. But now our love is etched in the stars forever.
