Don’t be scared. I hated presenting myself in the past too. But I managed to overcome it through training. So, see it as a way of training, or practice. Bit by bit, you’ll become less fearful and before long, you won’t have stage fright anymore.
Think of it this way.
It is only a few minutes of your life – then it is over.
Afterwards you will realise that there was nothing to worry about.
Besides, people are probably more worried about their own presentations to be too concerned with the finer details of yours.
