We don’t get to chose family, we don’t choose anything. But forced to make the best of it whenever life gets real. That moment of clarity. The moment when you realize that you’re the only person responsible for whatever destiny you choose. Success or failure. So tell me, is that fair? Is it fair that we are given that choice in life? (regardless of the situation we were brought into) no. but that’s the harsh reality of life. It isn’t fair.
But at some point we have to grow up. We have to set aside the self pitty and excuses and just do it. Anyone can complain, but not everyone can do something about it. What are we really doing in life if we’re not trying to better ourselves and others around us? Be selfish and take back what life never gave you. FIGHT for your happiness, fight for your peace! stop letting life ruin yours! Life really is what you make it and it’s up to youuuuuu to change it whenever you want.
I’m sorry. I just have a lot on my mind. I’m the first one to talk because believe me when I say I have been dealt some s***ty cards over and over again. (shuffled them) and back again.
I know how it feels. But I want to be a new person and I have learned if I just get up and try again (for the millionth time) to aim for the stars.. one day I’m not going to miss. One day I’m going to get to where I want to be. And it all starts the day, YOU decide to take control of your own life and stop letting life control you.
